Who We Are

The Jym- Princeton is a full-service gym established in 2017. The owners have over 12 years of combined experience in the industry. We specialize in boxing for fitness but also provide a wide range of training options for those who want to change their lives. For over 14 years and even today, we remain committed to our Princeton community. You can trust us to guide you every step of the way, as we welcome all fitness levels!

Our Team

Bryan Washington

Boxing Coach/ Trainer

Coach Bryan is a man with his own inspirational story that started 25 years ago when he began teaching and coaching youth sports. In early 2011, Bryan found himself sitting in a doctor's office discussing his sleep apnea, borderline diabetes and his 310 lb. frame.

Today Coach Bryan trains and mentors others who find themselves facing some of the same challenges he did. 

Coach Bryan is a USA Boxing Masters Boxer as well as a Certified Boxing Coach. He holds the following certifications from the NASM; CPT, GPT, PES and YES. Coach Bryan utilizes unique and innovative training methods and believes in lifestyle changes and good nutrition.

Bianca Washington

The Boss/ Trainer

Coach Bianca is a true champion and mentor to all ages. Her story is an inspiring one that exudes determination. Growing up in Belize taught Coach Bianca the meaning of perseverance, patience and believing in yourself. These are not only her training philosophies, but the driving factors that lead her fitness journey. From health challenges as a teen and more recently rehabbing from major neck surgery, Coach Bianca knows the meaning of “fight.” She teaches this to others daily, whether in the ring or in everyday life.

Coach Bianca is a licensed massage therapist. She is also a CPT from NASM. Coach Bianca utilizes unique and innovative training methods as well as alternative healing practices.

Carrie Snodgrass

Yoga Instructor

Yoga has been Carrie's passion for 10 years and inspires her to live each moment more mindfully. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Sunstone Fit in 2019, as well as Yin yoga training, with Purple Lotus Yoga Studio in 2021. She believes in being a student of the practice and is grateful for the loving wisdom of past teachers.

Her classes combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice.

In her class you'll see a mixture of Hatha Vinyasa. Hatha Vinyasa yoga is a combination of vinyasa (a series of connected movements through breath), Asanas (poses), & Pranayama (conscious breathing), meditation & relaxation.
